1st meal: Two turkey dogs with cheese, and 2 sausage patties
2nd meal: grilled Chicken salad at Cracker Barrel. I ordered it with no onions, tomatoes, or croutons. The menu said it had 14 carbs but since I ditched some of the stuff I'm hoping that number is lower than 14. I'm still under 20 for the day though, so that's good.
No snacks today. We spent the day out of town, shopping and going to the movies. I forgot my big purse, so we had to buy something to drink at the theater. Not to many options there! A $5.25 bottle of water was it (I hate Diet Coke). I had some single serve crystal light packs in my purse, so I added 2 to the bottle. It was good, but why does water cost so much?? Grrr
Cracker Barrel has a very good selection of low carb options.. they take up almost a full page. Thank you CB for understanding the need for low carb options!!

3/30 Friday, 2nd meal, Snacks+ comments
9:50pm - Tonight for dinner I had a yummy salad with a can of salmon on it.
5:30pm - I had a peanut butter bar
8:30pm - I had a little slim jim and cheese thing I picked up during checkout at walmart. It had 1 carb.
Soda: last night hubby + I shared a diet dr pepper and tonight we shared a diet root beer. --- I have a bad headache today, wondering if its from the caffeine in the Dr pepper.
Exercise: I'm still quite sore from the exercise 2 days ago! Maybe I did too much?? Even though my muscles hurt (from the squats) I feel better and like I weigh less than I actually do. One day my body will catch up with my head.
Weight: 253.6 -- minus 9.4lbs

Exercise! Too much? and Minus 8.2 lbs
Tonight I exercised, yeah me! Squats are my enemy, so I did more than I thought I could. This sounds good... pushing myself is good, right? Well, maybe I shouldn't push quite so hard. I have 6 steps to walk down to get to my office. OMG! I've never had trouble walking DOWN steps before! The pain usually comes when going up.. but not this time. The muscles that control going down are like mush. oops!
I did stretch good this time. I'll still be sore, but maybe not so much. We'll see tomorrow.
These are my workout partners (below). They make for a very good workout! You do have to pick them up to be effective though. lol The ball is 8 lbs, and the hand weights (yes, the price tag is still attached) are 5 lbs each.
Weight loss.. I know you shouldn't do it, but I don't usually do what I "should". Anyway, I got on the scales tonight and they said 254.8 so that makes for 8.2 lbs lost! -- "Do or do not, there is no try" I'm doing this!

Full dinner...
This is my 3rd meal, but not the most healthy (no veggies). Actual dinner was salad + chicken breast.
A healthy fridge...
Usually filled with high carb foods, now filled with low carb! Yes, there is a sprite and juice hiding in there.. but I'm not drinking them.

Mega-T, I think it helps..
I took this back in 2008 when I lost the 80 lbs. I'm not sure if it was the type of foods I was eating, or this stuff, but I didn't crave things and have a desire to overeat. Honestly, it was probably a little of both.
Eating sugar (carbs) makes your body crave sugar, and makes you tired! <-- don't forget this Haley!
Eventually I'll list on here all of the vitamins/supplements I take. I don't know if Mega-T is considered a "supplement" or not, but that's what I'm going to call it.
3/28, Wednesday, Day 8, Minus 6.8 lbs
- Really tired! Slept for 9 hours or so. Used cpap for 6 hours
- 1st snack: 1 tbsp or so of peanut butter
- Shake & vitamins
- 2nd snack- peanut butter bar (feeling very nauseous and had sharp pain in stomach. Didn't really want to eat but figured the pain was from hunger.. I think I was right.)
- Been up 3 hours as of the time I started this post and no headache! I did take fake excedrin just in case. And how much longer am I going to have to OD on this fake stuff before the real excedrin migraine is back on the market!?!? grrr
6:30 pm, Dinner (we'll call this meal #2)
- Salad with all the good stuff.. including cilantro (thanks Mom for the idea!)
- Chicken breast (the sams's club Mesquite flavor)
- 2 turkey dogs with half a slice of cheese on each
- 2 turkey sausages
- a few slices of cheese (from a bar of cheese)
3/27, Tuesday, Day 7, Minus 6.8 lbs
Today, another day with an extremely bad headache!
- 1st meal: 2 turkey dogs and 2 little turkey sausage patties
- Salad with cilantro and avocado this time. and 2 pieces of talipia
- Did NOT take vitamins or BS today -- bad girl!
- Weight: holding steady. I haven't done anymore exercise and (any guys need to sop reading here) its that time of the month (day 3). You were warned!
- Again, I'm sure I didn't eat enough. Today I started getting sharp pains in my stomach.. probably saying "FEED ME!" but I'm not so hungry and food just doesn't sound good... except for the stuff I can't have.
- Other than the headache, I don't feel too tired. another entire night with my cpap may have helped.

3/26, Monday, Day 6, Minus 6.8 lbs
Today, I'm feeling back to my usual level of tiredness. I still have a constant headache though, and I'm thinking it's maybe caffeine withdraw. I did sleep with my mask on all night, like a good girl. Yes, I have sleep apnea.. a curse of being over weight!
Weight: 256.2 -- that is minus 6.8 lbs!
As of 2am on Tuesday (got up at 4pm), I've eaten:
I'm not sure I'm eating enough?

Day 4 & 5 - Stopped & Re-started
My birthday gift came early this year from my parents, yeah! But, oh nooo! They took us to a casino, which had the best buffet in the world. Hubby & I contemplated cheating, then decided not too, then changed our minds again. So we had a one day break on Saturday, and now (Sunday) we are back at it. Thankfully, no weight was gained, but I'm not even going to check on the ketosis for a few days.
After the one day break, we both feel so incredibly tired!! We both got plenty of sleep, but feel like we've been run over by a truck! So the lesson here is... a one day cheat can be VERY costly!
I did exercise on Friday using a 8 lb ball. 2 days later and I'm still feeling the pain. I think I'd of done better if I would have stretched after.. but I had a headache coming on so I just wanted to call it quits.
Weight: 258.0
Blood sugar (when I got up) 115
1st meal: Salad (spinach & lettuce), and 2 super yummy chicken sausage's we got at Sam's that hubby cooked on the grill.
Snack, One hard boiled egg.. and a little later a low carb shake & vitamins.... and later one more of those yummy chicken sausage things my hubby cooked. I'm probably going to bed soon cuz I am sooo tired! So this will probably be the end of what I eat today.
