1:00pm (about) Celery sticks & cream cheese
Obviously not a complete list of what I ate.
I did exercise today, with the 8 lb ball and 2 5lb weights. Maybe for 15 minutes. I had a headache so I had to stop fairly quickly cuz my head was pounding.
