Day number two, so far so good.
I just finished 25 minutes of Zumba, and now I'm sitting here in a pile of sweaty mess. Yum! Lol I found a Zumba for beginners class on YouTube that is done by Linda Edler. That girl makes this exercise thing really fun! She is full of energy and you can tell that she really enjoys what she's doing.
Yesterday, I found a Denise Austin work out on YouTube and that nearly bored me to death. She talks constantly and is very monotone which is very annoying.
Today I am seriously lacking energy! I think that the lack of sugar is kicking my butt today. I have not been nearly as productive today as I was yesterday, which is disappointing. But, I did get out of bed, eat right and exercise so I can't be too disappointed with myself.
Breakfast:
I had my favorite which is two eggs mixed with spinach and one slice of pepper jack cheese. Once it's finished I put a little bit of avocado over the entire dish and it is yummy
Last nights dinner:
I made hubby and I a very quick version of chicken salad. I took canned chicken from Walmart and mixed it with celery and mayonnaise, which is of course carb free. I put my chicken salad over romaine lettuce and he put his on bread. I also cut up some cucumbers to dipped in ranch dressing.
Today I am feeling less bloated. And I know that it's not my efforts (yet) but the scale said 270.6 today.
Next week we are going to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Museum and I am really hoping to feel better by then.
Now I'm starving and I must go eat!
